Job Context
Bangladesh Mahila Parishad (BMP) is a women’s human rights organization. BMP emerged in the preparatory phase of liberation war of Bangladesh in 1970. It is a voluntary organization working for promoting and protecting women’s human rights. The organization is committed to uphold the values of equality.
Bonhishikha is a feminist organization, committed to the promotion of gender equality in Bangladesh. We aim to provide an unbiased platform for all people to tell their stories, advocate for women’s rights, to promote uniform access to opportunities, and raise awareness on gender-based violence.
Job Responsibilities
Guide the development of the project, overall coordination support between BMP, Bonhishikha, and UN Women.
Supervise the project coordinator of the project and monitor their activities.
Lead the discussions on the intergenerational dialogues, prepare briefing notes, and other documents accordingly.
Develop concepts for the Demand of Charter and Position Paper and ensure that they have inclusive and intergenerational voices represented.
Any formal work related to the needs of the organization.

Educational Requirements
Masters’ in Social Science or related discipline.
Experience Requirements
At least 5/7 years’ experience in any reputed organization in a similar job.
The applicants should have the following requirements:
Conceptual clarity in women’s, movement and gender equality.
Efficiency in written and verbal communication both in English & Bengali.
Adequate knowledge in computer literacy.
Age: Not more than 45 years
Job Location: Dhaka Central Office.
Salary : 46,000/= Per Month
